Meet Our Chapter Management Team

Janiya Oliver
PRESIDENT
Hometown: Anderson, South Carolina
Major: Psychology
Minor: Communications
It has been such a blessing serving as Chapter President for Delta Gamma this year! Coming to Clemson I was very nervous about finding my people and already being a member of Delta Gamma, and even more nervous if the girls would welcome me with open arms. After my first day of membership with the Epsilon Kappa chapter I knew the relationships I built here were going to last beyond my college experience. I don’t know where I would be without the friendships I have made in Delta Gamma and I couldn’t be more grateful getting to serve this chapter in such a large way. As Chapter President I oversee the operations of our chapter management team as well as our members and give my support wherever I’m needed! I cannot wait to continue to lead this chapter and I will cherish all the amazing memories I have made with all of my sisters throughout my last year at Clemson! ITB!

I am so grateful to be serving as VP Communications this year! I joined Delta Gamma my freshman year during primary recruitment, and I haven’t looked back! DG is my home away from home and I don’t know where I would be without my sisters. I have met my BEST friends, girls who love and support me as my most genuine self and I couldn’t ask for better friendships. Being entrusted by my chapter to have a leadership position means so much to me. As VP Communications I oversee our social media, apparel, PR, and internal communications. I cannot wait to see what this year holds, ITB!!

Katherine Mann
VP PROGRAMMING
Hometown: Fort Mill, South Carolina
Major: Graphic Communications
Minor: Business Administration & Brand Communications
I am so happy to serve as Epsilon Kappa’s VP Programming for a second year! I joined Delta Gamma through primary recruitment in Fall 2023, and I am incredibly grateful for all of the wonderful opportunities it has given me. During recruitment, I met my big, Rachael, who made DG feel like a home away from home. Throughout my time in Delta Gamma, I have made so many great memories, including getting my own littles, serving as Director of Social Media, attending functions and sisterhood events, and being a leader within the chapter. In my role as VP Programming, I oversee sisterhood events, alumnae relations, senior programming, and DEI. I also have the privilege of planning Founders Day, our chapter retreat, and, as of this year, Mom’s Weekend. I am so excited to see what the next semester holds and to continue serving all of my amazing sisters!

Emily Saporito
VP MEMBER ED
Hometown: Flemington, New Jersey
Major: Biomedical Engineering
Minor: Electrical Engineering
I am so excited to serve as the VP of Member Education this year! I joined Delta Gamma through primary recruitment in August 2024, and when I became a new member, the big/little process made DG truly feel like my home away from home. I met my big, Kaitlyn, during the sisterhood round of recruitment, and she has been one of my biggest supporters and best friends since. When I later got my own littles, Gianna and Frances Mac, I was able to love the big/little process in a different way by being on the other side and being able to give my littles a home in DG just as my big did for me. As the VP of Member Education, I oversee the new member process, including Bid Day and big/little, the chapter academic program, and DG rituals! It has been so rewarding to guide our new members through their new member process and help them find their home in DG, and I can’t wait for the rest of this year as VP of Member Education!

I am so excited to serve as the VP of Membership and lead recruitment for DG this year! I joined Delta Gamma as a freshman in 2023 and was immediately eager to get involved. Recruitment has always been one of my favorite parts of being in this chapter because I love getting to spend time with my sisters and share my love for DG with others. Planning recruitment and recruitment workshops has already been so much fun and I am so grateful to have such an amazing team to work with! Having the opportunity to lead this chapter means the world to me because I get to give back to a chapter that has given me the best college experience, as well as the best friends I could have asked for. I cannot wait for the rest of this year!

I joined DG through formal recruitment my freshman year in 2023. I was hesitant going into the process but once I walked into DG, my first house of philanthropy round, I never looked back! Joining this chapter is one of the best decisions I have ever made. It is truly an honor to give back to the chapter that has given me my best friends, the confidence to lead, and shaped who I am today! Guiding our amazing group of girls in their philanthropic efforts is such a rewarding experience and I am so proud of our members and all they do for the community and service for sight! Serving as VP Foundation is one of the best opportunities I’ve ever had and I wouldn’t give it up for anything! I’m so excited to see what else we can accomplish during the rest of this year!
